Returns and refunds

Purchases from brands (professional sellers)

You have 14 days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).

To do so, request a return under "Orders". The seller tells you how to send the product back; return shipping is at your expense unless the seller states otherwise.

You are refunded to the same payment method within 14 days; the seller may wait until the product has been received.

Statutory exceptions apply, for example personalised or perishable products, or sealed goods unsealed for hygiene reasons.

Guarantee

Products sold by professionals carry a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese law. If a product is faulty, contact the seller under "Orders" or write to hugocnamaral@gmail.com.

Purchases from private sellers

The right of withdrawal does not apply. You can still request a return under "Orders"; the private seller decides, and Bazora may step in if the product does not match its listing.

Delivery problems

If your order does not arrive within the stated time, or arrives damaged, contact us at hugocnamaral@gmail.com and we will help sort it out with the seller.
